Hello everyone

I've currently got a hardship claim for bank charges with Abbey and I'm awaiting a response.

I'm hoping to hear from them soon.

I've also got a ppi claim with GE money but I've just received the standard "bog off" letter from them last week LOL as the loan was arranged via a broker.

Thats all for now.

Abbey may send you an Income & Expenditure form and I believe they use this one: http://www.moneyadvicetrust.org/section.asp?sid=14
