I've worked part time as an Uber driver for years to supplement family income. In March this year I sent documents to renew my PCO.
After 1 month, I heard nothing back, contacted them via email, they told me to wait.
After 2 months, my PCO expired. I have been unable to work since then.
Eventually they called me and said they found the file, that it was 100% complete, and said they would email me my PCO.
Since then, nothing. I still have to pay all my bills, expenses on the car, etc.
I don’t know how to reach the management, I don’t know what my recourse is.
I was hoping for some kind of fast-track, as it’s not my fault, it’s their mishandling of the file.
Does anyone have a recommended course of action? I am relying on my husband for support and at my wits end. I can't work.
I just want to go back to work, I am not looking to sue them or anything.
I don't know if this is the best place for this post, but fightbackforums seems to be down at the moment and I found other posts on here about issues with PCO.
