M&S Trespass Ban

I am extremely stressed after the incident the other day. I was stopped in M&S after leaving the self scan check out. I was asked to come back to the till and empty the bag as the security wearing a green top felt I had not scanned all items. This is true, I only scanned some and paid but took the rest. I kept saying I don't know what I should do now I will pay ofcourse. I did this before and now i'm so stressed out.

After doing the shop they took me to the back and made me sign a paper and they gave the same paper back to me. saying i'm banned from every store going forward. I was then asked to leave. They did look at my payment card but that's all. And photographed me. I was bet shaken and upset.

What will happen now. Any help would be appreciated as i'm actually stressing so much I can barely breathe or cope at the moment. I'm highly remorseful of my actions and would never attempt this again.

Were they watching me previously and only this time stopped me. There were two of them.

Welcome to LB

You've paid for all the items, so nothing has been taken. So that's pretty much it.

It's best to avoid their stores. If you did enter, all they would do is 'ask you to leave'.

Nothing is going to happen, if anything happens update the thread.

Get on with your day to day stuff. Don't dwell on this.

If your struggling financially, you can seek assistance from the Council i.e. food banks etc.

I am still not feeling at ease after reading many other posts on here.

I can't speak to my husband or family about this.

Im very very worried that they will take further action.

I don't know if they were watching me for days before this incident. They did say if I did not allow them to take my photo they would call the police.

Im worried about further action taken or what else will happen now that they have my image and personal details?

Im too scared to even leave the house and I can't eat or sleep. This is very worrying.

Do something to calm yourself, make some cup cakes, paint a picture etc.

Nothing is going to happen. I don't want to waste your time by stating 'nothing is going to happen' over and over again.

So can't reassure you more then I have.
