my debt original Creditor Halifax. I stop paying after experiencing financial difficulties. Still experiencing financial challenges. I think l will need to negotiate some payment plan. Any further advise?

A CCJ only happens if you ignore a Judgement. There is a 'process' that you have to go through.

How old is the debt? A brief summary would be good.
