  • Minutes from the directors board meeting

    Hi Everyone,
Well, I am going to sue 6 managing directors for removing me without any formal procedure from managing board of residential management company. I would like to stand for principals. I am going to need a lot of help.
Any help from you will be very appreciated.

so, I was asking many difficult question as a managing director on my residential management company. they remove me so quickly that they forgot to follow the articles of associations. I asked chairman and others directors for copy of the minutes from the meeting on which they voted me out. the meeting was 5 months ago.
there is some twist to this story, my partner is on the deed and we are not married , but in the past other couple like we were allowed to join the managing board (they resigned on it own for personal reasons), also current management was asking one of the resident who is Doughter of one of the owner to join the board. so it can be assumed that I am a member of the management company. but now the board is claiming that I should not be allowed to be director at all.
    what do you think

    with kind regards
    Marta

    Hi Martad

    Welcome to LB

Directors have responsibilities they must 'fulfill', they can't act however they like.

It might be an idea to send the company a Subject Access Request, they have to provide all the details they have within 30 days. Make sure you get Proof of Postage.
