    MCOL

    Hi I tarted a MCOL against a large company back in May 2023 but this company (who I now know have some terrible reviews) seem to know their way around the whole process and they keep having the 'stay lifted'
    My question is the defence was struck out on 10th November and then stayed on 28th December 2023. Further down the page it states : Case currently stayed : Judgement function not available

    My question is this: Is there something/anything I should be doing now. I have been asked for nothing since filing my DQ and am wondering if I have missed my 'slot' to enter a Judgement
