My dad and his ex have split up, my dad owns a rental property which is on his name, however his EX is arguing saying she owns 50%, she isn't filing for court proceedings and just keep hassling him. My dad wanted to gift me 50% of it as always promised, however i don't want to get caught up in a middle of a battle. What can i do?
