Court Trial fee not paid

Good Evening All

I have just found out that, Mortimer Clark did not pay the trial fee on time, could someone advise how I would get the case struck out, and, what would I have to say to the judge?

They have requested a "sanction application notice", quoting the case Denton V TH White Ltd.

Can anyone suggest a case I can use in my defence
