Drivers breach: Parked outside bay markings despite demands ,the parking charge remains unpaid . the claim includes recovery costs as set out in the terms of and conditions and in the industry code of practice .

This claim notice was sent to the keeper who is the spouse and the driver , intends to defend the claim in full and have asked the keepers name be amended .
