  • My car written off by road rage ASDA driver

While driving into Leicester I overtook an ASDA delivery van in a safe manner next thing he is behind me inches off my bumper flashing his lights and sounding his horn, this continued for about a hundred meters until he came along side and drove into my car.
ASDA admitted liability and their insurance paid for my older car to be written off but now I can't afford another car, I want to sue ASDA but where and how do I begin?
I might add I had PTSD prior to the incident but it has triggered it and now I have sleepless nights reliving the incident.

What is it you want to sue Asda for? It sounds like they have already paid you the full value.of your old car.
All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.

I assume you are looking for recognition for the mental stress.

Have you had any medical treatment following the incident?

When Asda's insurers paid out did you sign a full and final settlement?

How long ago was the incident?

It won't be easy, even if possible>
