Rapport Design - Business Telecoms Contract

We are a small business and have downsized over the past 2 years, we are 2 years into a 7 year contract for a telecoms system with a company called 4Com.
Is there any way out prior to the end of the term?

You should start by reading the contract that you signed. Does it contain early termination provisions?

My guess, based on having seen many such contracts over the years, is that you will almost certainly be required to pay up the balance of the 7 year term, discounted slightly for early payment.
