Welcome Finance CCA 1974 (87 i) and default notices

A fixed - sum Loan agreement was taken out in 2005 with Welcome Finance ,.Regulated by the 1974 (87) CCA
Loan was for £7510 duration 120 months(10 years)

I was making payment of £217.03 while interest/Capitalisation of £280,48 was being added to the loan
Then I stopped paying as I could not afford anymore.

It is this time when Welcome went to not trading anymore..
My account has been sent to Swift form Coast Finance.

1. My question is the CCA1974 is it recognised in my agreement?
2 What is Capitalisation? as these amounts escalated this loan to £20 000 PPI paid £5 000 and now I owe £15 000
