I Know I will sound stupid but I need to confirm something with you -the professionalists .

I am asking for a friend and only because my friend is getting different advices and confused.

My question is :

Am I legally required to start a Complaint process within the offender's organisation before I start a compensation Claim against the offenders organisation?

Case matter is: Medical negligence, Misdiagnosis,Wrong medicine and Extreme Suffering .

Any advice regarding this matter would be more than appreciated .

For clinical negligence the best advice is to find a specialist solicitor in your area. Most will take cases on a conditional fee (no win, no fee) basis. These things are best got absolutely right from the outset.

IMPORTANT - the limitation period for these cases is 3 years: any case must be filed at court within 3 years of the date of the negligence.

This is from my experience. My Brothers wife was killed through incompetence in Hospital, he was granted Legal Aid, that was passed around between Lawlers who had no more intent other than use up the funds.Next Brother in Law wonderfull Man. unable to get his breath at night,Hospital placed him in an Induced Coma,staff walked away.result funeral two weeks later. And so as "Atticus" advised you to, employ a Solicitor who is compentent in this field do not employ the Ambulance chasers. Good luck as the culprits will close ranks.
