  • Marston clamped my car

Dear all, last night Marston clamped my car with reference F393579 and they've left no information about what this clamping is for. I've tried calling the mobile number it doesn't pick up. the only debt I think that's outstanding is a parking ticket from Brent council which I have sent the correct forms to the Traffic Enforcement Centre.
So my car has been clamped and I just don't know what to do. I don't even know what its for.
    Does anyone have any advice?
    Many thanks

    Kate

    Hi Kate

    Welcome to LB

Are you a 'vulnerable' persons? If so tell Marstons.

    https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/de...re-vulnerable/

Contact them via their website, blue box on the right hand-side. Tell them you want to lodge a formal complaint.

There is no point in giving you a number and that number is 'unattended'. See where that takes you.

Most of Marston's business is debt collection for local councils for unpaid parking charges and other council debts so it's most likely to be because of your unpaid parking ticket with Brent council.

If you can't get through to Marstons mobile number then according to their website you can call 0333 320 1822 to "Speak to Marston team to make a payment or to discuss your circumstances". You could try that number.
