  • Completing directions questionnaire

Some of the questions seem a bit obscure. Can anyone recommend a good reference point or know for example:
What is meant by an application, or draft of the order for directions etc.? Why was a Defence and Counterclaim form enclosed with form N181 when the Defence and Counterclaim and my reply to these as the claimant has already been sent? B2 What does the following mean? Is there any reason why your claim needs to be heard at a court or hearing centre? surely all cases are heard at a court.

    Hello

You may find this link helpful when completing the questionnaire: https://helix-law.co.uk/how-to-fill-...questionnaire/

As for question B2, what it is really asking is whether or not the claim needs to be heard in a particular court and if so, state the court and explain why. Normally you would tick the "yes" option and then in the box put the name of your local court and the usual response is that it is for the convenience of the parties and their witnesses. Otherwise, the court may allocate the claim to another court somewhere across the country, although they may do that anyway if there is a lack of court resources at your local court.

If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
