Hi All,
on 17.11.20 i parked at the range in Bury st Edmunds and shopping there i got a ticket for overstaying 14 minutes. i appeal via the website with UK parking limited and received a confirmation email and number of my appeal. they never responded just sent monthly payment letters. The original appeal response said my claim would be on hold so i ignored these letters.
The 19.07.21 after speaking to a bailiff company i emailed them my appeal confirmation email and said i am yet to hear from them.
The bailiff company then said they have no record of me registering an appeal so the balance still stands.
Today i received a phone call saying that a County court judgement has been issued to me on the 12th of May and i need to pay the balance. This letter was sent to my previous address and no email, i have had no contact via phone in the last two years so i assumed they were no longer pursuing it.
What do i need to do next?
