  • Interim Charging Order

I have obtained an interim charging order against a former builder and now want to ensure this is made safe as it were.

I have read about form K and suggestions that a judgment creditors should seek a court order for a non-standard restriction, and I would like some advise and the best way forward to ensure I can get my money back and force him to sell his house.

    Any help much appreciated.

Please note the builder is the joint owner of the associated property with his wife.
