  • Ccj removed val with consent

    Hi all, new to this page.. so I had a ccj back in November 15th didn’t realise if paid off in a month would go off my record so paid 24th December..as had letter late due to postal strikes. I really really need this off my credit report I’ve always had credit of about 950, now down to about 350.. I could cry.. I’ve had consent off the solicitors that took it to court to remove ccj, does this letter look okay please?

    Upon the parties agreeing that, as a result of the above, there be good reason to set aside the judgement pursuant to CPR 13.3 (1) b.

    2. The entry be cancelled and removed from the register;
    3. The claim be dismissed; and
    4. There be no order as to costs.

    "As a result of the above". What is "the above"?

    "There be good reason". There is good reason.

    Not "It is agreed that" but "It is ordered that".

    Otherwise ok.
