I'm so sorry to hear that you've been injured and are still suffering after nearly a year. I can understand why you're feeling frustrated and helpless.

I'm not a lawyer, so I can't give you legal advice. However, I can offer some general information that may be helpful.

First, it's important to understand that the carboot and market may not be the only ones liable for your injuries. The farmer may also be liable, depending on the circumstances of your accident.

Second, it's important to get medical attention and keep all of your medical records. This will be important if you decide to file a lawsuit.

Third, you may want to consider talking to another lawyer. It's possible that the first two lawyers you spoke to didn't think they had a good case. However, there may be other lawyers who are willing to take your case.

Fourth, you may want to consider contacting a personal injury lawyer who specializes in premises liability cases. These lawyers have experience handling cases like yours and may be able to help you get the compensation you deserve.

Finally, you may want to consider contacting a victim's rights organization. These organizations can provide you with support and resources, and they may be able to help you navigate the legal system.

I hope this information is helpful. Please know that you're not alone in this, and there are people who can help you.

As someone owning farmland I would NEVER rent it to a carboot etc unless they show me proof of insurance. The event was most probably insured and this is where you should seek recompense. Find out more info about the ltd company from Companies House - shareholders etc. Write to the company and ask for insurance details. Or look for another event and see if you can find out who insures them. Failing that write to the farmer and ask for them - rather than going straight after the landowner they may help you to go after the correct person. The farmer will also most likely have public liability but their insurer will almost certainly point you in the direction of the car boot company's insurer. This is just my personal opinion of course..

Also, if you could add more details on what exactly happened, events leading up to the accident (broke ankle) and why you believe it happened e.g. did you fall in ditch, was it slippery etc.

Solicitors will only take up the case, if the case has a good chance of success.

They will assess the case and it will have to pass certain criteria.

Echat11 is correct of course. Our parish council faced a claim for someone who hurt their ankle on our field but the insurer managed to resist it. Do not know the full circumstances but obviously winning a claim is not a foregone conclusion

Hi thanks for all the helpful tips.
I feel like I'm hitting my head up a brick wall.
Ive been told by 1 firm that they won't take it on because its the
farmer that they would go after because its his field.
And they won't do that because his an individual
I don't know where to go from here.
Don't who to ask for help
            Feel really stressed out

My first port of call would be a formal request to the car boot company for details of their insurer.
