  • General application (N244) – by consent or without notice??

How is this notice different from the General application (N244) – by consent or without notice, compared to the normal N244 application set at £275?

Can you tell us more about the proposed application and why you are making it?
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

Hi Yes, thanks I am wanting to put a stay on a costs order and enforcement by Marstons, via a N244 and N245. I am note sure if I need to pay the full fee or the 108 fee? I would lie the courts to consider the application without the need for both parties to be present.
