  • Goods order delivered by royal mail to wrong address!

Can anyone please advise where to start !?
I paid £100 for an item and discover it's been delivered to the wrong address.
When I inquired to the selling company, where my item was, an email with a photograph, was sent to me showing a parcel at my flat door.
    But it wasn't my door!
    The Royal Mail "delivered" it.
    Any advice gratefully received.
    Thank you.

The seller is responsible for getting the item to you, so tell them it was not your door (send them a photo of your door0 and tell them to send a replacement.
Obtaining redress from Royal Mail is their problem, but your cooperation might be needed

It shouldn't be an issue for the retailer, depending on which service the retailer used to send the goods via Royal Mail.

Also depending on how you paid, you can claim the monies back, debit card (charge back), credit card (section 75), but first port of call is the retailer.
