  • Terms of the Lease in a block of flats

Hi, I wonder if anyone has any experience with regards to Terms of Lease in a block of flats.
I知 being personally singled out and picked on by on of the self elected directors. This is a long campaign of bullying and harassment by this individual. I知 at my wit痴 end and I知 feeling hopeless, helpless and too scared to leave my own home.
I知 disabled, leave on my own and my physical and mental health have drastically worsen in the last 20 months.
Unfortunately all the local places that could offer any advise and legal help are not able to do so due to the lack of funds.
I am not in position to get any legal advise.

Sorry to hear of your problems. For advice on the lease I suggest contacting LEASE the leasehold advisory service. They give free qualified legal advice on lease matters. It is government funded.
For the bullying and harassment is there a friendly director you could contact. If it is that bad consider contacting the police. Don't want to make it worse but you seem to have endured enough.
These are just thoughts and obviously you make up your own mind.
On a personal level my very best wishes and hope everything in your life improves.
