Thank you, let me rephrase the question - would a hypothetical parking company have breached any legislation if said company had knowingly breached the relevant ATA Code of Conduct directly relating to the parking incident which gave rise to it's obtaining keeper details from DVLA ?Originally posted by charitynjw View Post

That is not what is defined as a grace period.Originally posted by bananas22 View Post
No grace period for time to obtain permit or ticket
The grace period is allowable at the end of a parking event.
As we are dealing with hypothetical issues, BPA or IPC?CAVEAT LECTOR

As soon as I posted that I knew it read completely wrong. I'm going to right a book - 'From incompetent to villain in 2 easy steps'.Originally posted by charitynjw View Post

No I am absolutely not connected to any parking company or body in any way other than having received an NTK !
I don't want to give too much detail on a public forum but if it is possible to send images via private message then I could send you my NTK, if you are receptive to that, although if I am acting covertly I suppose I could create a false one but it's the best I can think of.

But you can post up a redacted copy of the NtK. Just leave all times & dates visible.
Front & reverse sides.
That way, you have the benefit of other opinions/posters far more clever than me,
