My first foray into legal discussion and advice... recieving not giving.... so hello all.
I've been lucky enough to escape legal difficulties over the years but am now in my retirement years confronted with 2 burning questions... 1. How to deal with insane neighbours, and... 2. How to leave our inheritance to our only child yet protect the money from the spendthrift behavior of his foolish wife... who he dotes upon and considers her an absolute marvel with money.
The nutty and sanctimonious neighbours are a perenial problem which can wait, but we really do need to get our wills sorted so will be posting a thread on that ASAP.
