  • Nightmare solicitor/barrister

Hello my solicitor has let me down badly. The barrister was really rude to me.

we are losing the whole case and I found out she was accused of acting unlawfully and using expletives. We are fighting the local authorities for safe housing and trying to sue them. We are running out of time now and I’m at a loss of what to do. Her manager is awful too just to make it worse!

How have you found out that the solicitor was "acting unlawfully and using expletives"?

In what way was the solicitor acting unlawfully?

Answers to the above questions would be helpful but in the meantime I suggest that you contact the law firm and ask for their complaints procedure.

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.
