  • Tomlin Order PRA Group Debt

    Dear Members,

I have had used my bank overdraft which I was not able to pay and it was passed on to PRA. They sent me letters and emails but I ignored them. They have sent me a county court claim form and I have spoken to them and they agree to tomlin order. Is there anything advice or any guideline about t&c's in tomlin order which I should be aware of or watch out?

    Many thanks

What are the terms of the proposed Tomlin Order? Is there anything in it that you do not fully understand?

A Tomlin Order is a court order the main terms of which are in a confidential schedule which is not made public.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
