  • signed up for online IT 3 part course but wish to cancel and receive refund in full

I was approached by a company called Optima IT who were offering an 3 bundled IT course,

    Cyber Security Package

    Online - £3295+vat (£3954) (discounted from £4075 + vat (£4890)
    Classroom - £4995+vat (£5994) (discounted from £7075+vat (£8490)

FYI - There is no online classroom, its just recorded videos which are from a USA based individual that do not make any senses what so ever.

I was offered a package which was sold to me with lies, pressure sold the courses and as soon as the credit agreement was completed, surprise surprise, the company is hard to get hold of.
(Once you complete the course you will be on £100k a year and you will get hired by the biggest companies in the UK)
Contacting support is a nightmare, i requested a refund after a good few months.

    Course details
    - Unable to sign in to the platforms
    - Material was harder than advised
    - I am a practical learner, something that was mentioned before i even started to take the course on
    - The course is available for free on youtube and other sites online
    - Exames that were sold as a package have now also expired
    - I was advised by the sales manager that if i did not like online courses then a classroom led course would be available free off charge if i wished to convert onto that
    - Pressure sold the course
    - Non existant support
    - Courses provided are nowhere near what was promised (these are available at a fraction of the costs you have charged me)
    - The courses provided are that hard nobody can pass them
    - Also no exam vouchers provided
    - Course changed over time
    - Contacting the support or even attempting the course is causing mental anxiety
    - Login details constantly expiring and changing
    - Portals constantly changing
    - https://learn.comptia.org/account/user-portal/courses - account expired

    Details on the course itself
    CompTIA IT Fundamentals (courseware only)
    CompTIA A+ (courseware only)
    CompTIA Network+

    Why Cyber‐security?
    Zero-percent cyber-security unemployment, 1 million jobs
    unfilled
Cyber-security labour crisis expected to continue through
    2021
"Last summer the Cyber-security Business Report pointed out a severe
cyber-security workforce shortage. The numbers haven't changed much
since then. There's still roughly 1 million job openings in 2016 - which is
expected to reach 1.5 million by 2019. The Palo Alto Research Center
reports that, by 2019, the demand for cyber-security professionals will
increase to approximately 6 million globally.
Cyber-security Ventures recently announced that the cyber-security
unemployment rate has dropped to zero-percent. What does this mean for
cyber-security employers, recruiters, workers, and job hunters?

More jobs, More job security, Higher pay, More demand, Faster
career progression. - There has never been a better time to jump into
    the world of Cyber Security
Company's desperately need people that are certified to help protect their
    networks, avoiding huge fines,
Some of the fines issued recently include (and the list is increasing):
    Equifax: (at least) $575 Million
    British Airways: $230 million
    Uber: $148 million
    Marriott International: $124 million
    Yahoo: $85 million
    Tesco Bank: $21 million
    Target: $18.5 million
    Anthem: $16 million
If these companies had employed ethical hackers just like YOU, then

    The Job!
There are multiple job roles, the main one being a Penetration tester/Ethical
    Hacker

placements at the end of your training.
The job role that we can place you into once certified:
    CEH Certified Penetration Tester
As a penetration tester, you would be expected to conduct formal tests on
web-based applications, networks, and other types of computer systems on
a regular basis. You will also be expected to work on physical security
assessments of servers, computer systems, and networks.
The starting salary to expect is around £34,000 rising to
    an impressive £93,000 per year.
An example of a top job role in Cyber Security:
    Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
A chief technology officer (CTO), sometimes known as a chief technical
officer or chief technologist, is an executive-level position in a company or
other entity whose occupation is focused on scientific and technological
issues within an organisation. A CTO is very similar to a CIO (Chief
    Information Officer)
The earnings for someone in this role are £157,625 *Earning statistics

Now fast forward to today, the payment option that was offered which was with a company called Omni Capital, they have been charging me £75 month since March 2020

I have also come across another student who has had the course refunded due to his disability. I myself have struggled to even start this course, have done less than 1% and have requested refunds fromt he provider too with no results at all.

Can anyone help or guide me to what my options are?
