I was approached by a company called Optima IT who were offering an 3 bundled IT course,
Cyber Security Package
Online - £3295+vat (£3954) (discounted from £4075 + vat (£4890)
Classroom - £4995+vat (£5994) (discounted from £7075+vat (£8490)
FYI - There is no online classroom, its just recorded videos which are from a USA based individual that do not make any senses what so ever.
I was offered a package which was sold to me with lies, pressure sold the courses and as soon as the credit agreement was completed, surprise surprise, the company is hard to get hold of.
(Once you complete the course you will be on £100k a year and you will get hired by the biggest companies in the UK)
Contacting support is a nightmare, i requested a refund after a good few months.

Why Cyber‐security?
Zero-percent cyber-security unemployment, 1 million jobs
unfilled
Cyber-security labour crisis expected to continue through
2021
"Last summer the Cyber-security Business Report pointed out a severe
cyber-security workforce shortage. The numbers haven't changed much
since then. There's still roughly 1 million job openings in 2016 - which is
expected to reach 1.5 million by 2019. The Palo Alto Research Center
reports that, by 2019, the demand for cyber-security professionals will
increase to approximately 6 million globally.
Cyber-security Ventures recently announced that the cyber-security
unemployment rate has dropped to zero-percent. What does this mean for
cyber-security employers, recruiters, workers, and job hunters?

taken from IT job watch
Now fast forward to today, the payment option that was offered which was with a company called Omni Capital, they have been charging me £75 month since March 2020
I have also come across another student who has had the course refunded due to his disability. I myself have struggled to even start this course, have done less than 1% and have requested refunds fromt he provider too with no results at all.
Can anyone help or guide me to what my options are?
