Hi I got my static caravan on finance 2018 I haven’t missed a payment and used to love my van but the site has changed for the worse it’s no longer a quiet site and with the cost of living I can’t afford to pay it anymore
2 things my five year is up in 11 months can I pay this up and my fees are due for the year I gave a £600 deposit in November to secure this if I pay my finance off this month will I owe site fees?
and the other thing we put new carpets in the van but took the fixed seating with sofa be out as it was damaged and the site never fixed it and replaced it with a corner sofa will I have to buy a sofa bed to make good

Rose, you are going to have to ask someone to help you by looking through your contract documents in order to find answers your questions. In particular, I would expect there to be terms stating whether you need to give notice to terminate the arrangement at the 5 year point, and if so, how much notice must be given.
