Judge ordered to do a full defence claim and pay the claimant’s fees

I have had another hearing (31st October 2022), of which the outcome was stated in the title above. Then the claimant sent me a letter saying that I hadn’t paid fees by the deadline. They had given me 14 days to pay from date of letter. The deadline was yesterday and I received the letter on the 19th. I can’t pay the fees and I wish to appeal as they the claimants said they would issue a ccj if I don’t make payments within the 14 days gone.
How am I to deal with this further and stop them from pursuing me for a debt I don’t owe in the first place?
