Hi there, I requested a CCA for debt that no longer shows on my credit file. I have paid £30 a month since July 2019 I stopped in paying in October advising Nolans solicitors and Cabot that until they provided a CCA I wouldn’t pay. Yesterday they emailed a fixed sum loan agreement and a statement of accounts one from loan provider at the beginning of the loan and then a further one showing the payments I have made to Nolans. My question is is a fixed sum loan agreement a CCA? It doesn’t say CCA? If it is a CCA the debt was £5000 with around £700 added on interest I have paid £1100 odds to this debt. If it is a CCA what percentage of the above debt would I go back and say will you accept £… as full and final payment?

    Many thanks in advance Craig

It does say that it is regulated by the Consumer Credit Act!

NB I can still see your name.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
