Today I received a county Court summons for parking in a spot outside Mothercare in Croydon in 2017.
The situation was it was pouring down and I was told by a member of staff for Mothercare to use the most convenient bay near the entrance. This was to enable car seats to be fitted.
I recieved a parking ticket. I advised I was not going to pay and the reasons. This not withstanding 5 years later I received a county court summons
