i accidentally paid forr parking at the wrong car park.
the app showed a list of nearest car parks, I chose the wrong one (it was top of the list, so I assumed Nearest )
I appealed and it was rejected
should I try POPLA and lose the early payment discount?
any help or experience appreciated
