  • Parking Eye

The driver dropped my wife for an interview at the hospital and drove off to park the driver turned left down a road that you used to be able to get out of the hospital grounds, but it was blocked due to construction works, there was a staff car park, but the driver didn't enter it, but the driver did pull over and wait at the roadside for my wife. Normally there is 30 free minutes however the driver has been issued a notice for 23 minutes which the driver assumes is because they assumed the driver parked in the staff car park which the driver didn't. is this contestable or should the driver pay.
Also, my wife was sent the notice, but she wasn't the driver at the time

Our reident expert (Ostell) on parking matters hasn't logged in for a couple of weeks now, so I'll do my best!

Firstly edit your first post so that the identity of the driver cannot be inferred.
In other words state "the driver did this, that or the other......!"

Then can you post up redacted image of the Notice to keeper and possibly the parking signs at the hospital.
