Good morning, l was going through some thread and saw this forum and believe I get get help. I borrowed money from a payday loan company and was unable to pay back. Then i started receiving emails from tm legal asking for the money. The mistake i made was not responding to their mails . But just few days ago i got from the court that I must payŁ1335.6 which has include court cost. Then a Ccj has been put on my file. I have asked to pay in full within a month which I cannot afford.
Please what can I do at this junction , cos the weight is too much on me. I have not been able to sleep knowing that they could come anytime and I have got 3 kids. Although I have got a car but its finance. Please what can I do with the threat of bailiffs
