I changed broadband suppliers from sky to talktalk on the 23rd of August 22.
I thought that was the end of sky but they have continued to charge me even though their not providing a service.
If you read on Ofcom that if your on openreach with sky, talktalk,EE etc you DO NOT need to inform your old supplier, your new one will do that and you should get a letter from both.
I'm sick to death of sky who I've been with for 29 years, they are now threatethreatening £81 and now they've added another £10 for late charged. I believe you always pay a month in advance so I don't understand the payments plus charging me for the months I was no longer with them. Neither sky or talktalk have been any help. I'm at my whits end now. HELP!

Write to both pointing out exactly as you have (minus the despair).
