Hi summer467 welcome to the forum.

I am going to tag EXC who is a great one for Bank Smart questions.

Hold on for them, not sure when they are next online but they will be notified to come and view this thread.
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.

      Hiya

Yes you are right. Making a formal complaint and reporting it to the regulator should deal with it. Can you post up the exact wording of the email so I can advise? Alternatively you can email it to me at nick@legalbeaglesgroup.com

        Hi ya
1st one I received was yesterday saying you've got at least one outstanding invoice with us for which the last day of payment at a reduced amount is today.

But received another one today saying that for 5 working days all late fees will be waived and might be able to offer further reductions for prompt payment then says that "Breach of contract and Cancellation" are currently on hold and require no payment at this time.
Which it does state about the breach of contract and no payments at this time
So thankyou both for replying to me
        Kindest regards
