Please can anyone advise me?Can a solicitor use another solicitor outside of their practice to write to me a residuary beneficiary on contentious matters of probate. This other solicitor works for another practice. There are mistakes and errors in these letters. The solicitor is acting for the executor who is involved in executor fraud which we are looking into as beneficiaries. The solicitor is being paid out of estate funds.

Thank you for response. It seems they have both been dealing with it. But the other solicitor does not use her name or sign letters off. Plus she is working for another practice. It is the executor who is being accused. Not the solicitor. They do not sign off letters they just state solicitors practice. This other solicitor does not use letterhead from the other practice. It's as though she is helping him out. But not doing a good job in my opinion as terrible errors throughout letters.
