Highview Parking & Waterfields Retail Park Watford

Received a Notice of Debt Recovery from DCBL on behalf of Highview Parking at Waterfields Retail Park in Watford. The date of the offence was 22/07/22 and today (11.10.22) is the first letter I have received regarding the offence. Nothing from Highview prior to this.

The sum is £155 and states I can no longer appeal the charge and states that the next opportunity to dispute the charge would be if taken to court.

I moved over a year ago and my DVLA address changed at the same time so I cannot understand not having received the official parking charge notice.

What can I do?

SAR to Highview requesting copies of all communication with you. Hopefully that first document will surface. Give them some ID details so they don't delay.

Have a look at the date on the V5. Is it before or after the event?
