  • Used cars and CRA

    Hello everyone,

    A few questions first
    1) what car? what age & mileage when purchased ? what mileage now?
    2) did the report say what caused the damage?
3)how did you pay for the vehicle? i.e. cash/bank transfer or credit card or finance?

as the car proved unsatisfactory within 6 months of purchase it is for the dealer to prove the car was satisfactory when sold as CRA 2015 deems the fault was present at time of delivery (sec19 (14)
