Hi guys
I need some help.
Just came back from work and have received a letter from resolvecall (without a stamp)
In the letter it says briefly.
URGENT for the attention of: my name
I called todays date: 13-9-22 Time: Regarding your accounts
Please contact our head office on telephone number 01412128450
Please Quixote our Reference
You may be asked for: Client Reference.
I don’t even recall this debt, I remember about 3-4 years ago I had quite a lot letters from county court judgement and with the help of you guys I managed to resolve the problem.
I heard the debt companies sells the accounts to different accounts when they are unable to collect the money and I know any debt after 6 years are statue barred and these debts are over 15 years old.
Is there anything I can do to stop this resolvecall? As stress level is quite high now.
