  • Vodaphone take money after agreeing not to

Unable to pay my mobile bill on time because of my disability’s and my business struggling to pay its bills at that time I was granted time to pay which was confirmed in a text by them.

They then took £11 5 times within 4 days from my bank without my authority.

I was overdraw at the time and they left me short so couldn’t pay for electric or buy food for myself and 6 yr old.

This caused significant stress and worry more so when (1) I couldn’t get through to them and instead got bumped to their automated payment service and (2) the threats started about cutting my services.

I am disabled and have oxygen so loosing my phone would have been unsafe.

can I ask for them to cancel my remaining 9 month contract without cost to myself and what’s the likely outcome?
