  • Which forum for best advice

Hi, I am having a problem with a Hifi company. They told me that a repair on my amplifier would be done under warranty and that there would be no cost to me for them to fix a fault. Now they are saying that they could find no fault and are wanting £50 before they release my amplifier.
Who would be best to advise me on this?

Hi Bearleyboy you are find to stay in the Welcome forum.

We are a community of volunteers so we tend to be online at different times and its the weekend. There should be someone along soon to be able to help you - sorry I am the employment person so cannot help you with this one
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.
