Hi there been having issues with this company for quite a few years now .Never seen any money from a claim all they ask for is proof of identity, photocopies of driving licence, passports etc then when I send them I don’t hear a thing for ages. When I don’t send them I get letters saying I owe them money for time and letters they are sending me. When I ask anything about a claim ( when they actually correspond with me ) they say the claims pending but the need all my photocopies first they are really bloody annoying! Any advice appreciated thanks

I'm sure we can help. First of all please look at this post Bank Smart IMPORTANT UPDATE - LegalBeagles Forum
Basically it means that Bank Smart are prohibited from pursing or issuing any further breach of contract or cancellation invoices. So from what you've said I think you may be able to cancel all the claims (and not hear from them again!) without incurring a fee as you normally would.
However, to be sure, could you send me the most recent correspondence from them (particularly any invoices or threats of issuing invoices? Then I can draft a cancellation letter for you. My email is nick@legalbeaglesgroup.com
