  • CSA and child care

Money issues and child care problems with my daughters father . My daughter lives with myself full time father refusing to help with child care as I need to work and also paying peanuts for maintenance please can someone advise on what to do . Father has a new girlfriend they are off to Greece for a fortnight in august totally refusing to see or help with child care if I mention the issue I get verbally and emotionally abused by both of them saying I act like a child everything is my fault and I am affecting there mental health . They want to do mediation with the girlfriends mother who apparently is a trained mediator however I feel this would be biased .How do I claim CSA and get help with these issues . Thanks in advance

Certainly no mediation by a mother of a party. It beggars belief that she might offer.

Go to CSA - claim. It can be panfully slow, but it works.
