Hi, i have just been declined for the right to buy my social home (jigsaw homes) i moved into a tameside council home in 1998, this was took over by new charter and now jigsaw, I am finally in a position to buy my home under the right to buy and was told because i left a home for 2 years whilst having trouble with another tenant who was made to exchange to another home for anti social behaviour which included, daily taxis and takeaways to my home, smashed neighbours cars, teens doing drugs in the garden and still came back to write across my house in paint that i lost my right to buy and 22 years of discount, not even allowing 13 years of discount since moving back in to there homes. Does anyone know if i have a chance at over turning this if i appeal? thankyou.
