    Sorry, seemed to have overlooked your post 44

    If the claimant is relying on his signage as evidence of a contract, the evidence must be accurate
    He would be foolish to include in his witness statement a picture of signage which was not actually present at the car park.
    It is for the defendant to use this inaccuracy at the trial to throw doubt on the claimant's veraxcity

      No Problem Des8, i know you are helping many.

      Thanks for the comments, will inform the defendant. However will advise to hold off saying anything during mediation as the agrument will be stronger if and when this goes to court.

      Thanks again and will keep you posted on the mediation once forms completed and updates given.

        Hi all!

        Good News!

        I had a letter from my local court (where case was assigned after Northampton County Court), and Judge has thrown out the case!

        Made several points, including saying the claimant made generic comments not realted to the case.

        So relieved! Thanks so much Des8 for all your help!
