Witness statements

Regarding a Witness statement. I have just sent a witness statement to the court, put my name and the name of the company but forgot to put the full Address of the company and my residential address. I am now worried that my statement won’t be accepted without full address. What can I do to remedy the situation, or will the witness statement still be valid. Thank you

Did you post it to the Court?

What you could do is amend (add the missing information), add your address and email it to the Court. Send a copy of the amendment to the other side. Call the Court for their email address.

In the subject line write case number, Witness Statement, then XXXXXXXXXXX v XXXXXXXXXXX.
