The property ( Vacant Land Lot value under $30,000) has a few owners.
One of them has the property under Living Trust, he is passed away.
This person doesn't have a wife or children.
We can not get Trust documents of his Living Trust.
What would you recommend in this case?
Can his part of property ownership be transferred to other owners of the property?

If so, is the trust also in that other country?

This is a UK law forum. That said, the reference to a trust suggests that there is an owner and that the other owners cannot simply assume that share. They may be able to buy it.

But, if this is not in the UK, take advice in the country in question.

That being said, it may be that the Living Trust was part of an estate left in a Will. Perhaps you or your Lawyers can check this, but nothing can be done in the UK
