Two Bones

I'm curious. I've not been here long, although I was a regular and moderator on the now defunct Swarblaw forum for (I think) 13 years.

I see that I now have a collection of orange dots and two bones under my user name. I cannot see any logic to how I have acquired these treats (and can I give them to my lurcher?). Can anyone explain?
