i need support/advice with the dcb legal
i had a received a court claim and wrote back to the comoany requesting contract etc but they did not respond on time so procceded with my defence and thereafter they emailed only pictures of the car and a correspondence which i recall from poplars but this was in another company -nexus whereas I was dealing with highview.
they emailed that i should request for a new defence date which is this morning.
However the court write to me that they have emailed my defence to them and will gave upto 28 days to respond.
How can i progress with this?

Apologies for the spellings.
I have received a letter from dcb legal after filing my defence and they demanded that i request court to change a defence date after sending only a picture of the car with their back dated letters of claim which went to another adddres as had moved addresses.
